C-30: 30mm Jockey Sash

Envirotech Façade Solutions has started our design process with a blank sheet. Instead of short cutting the process and utilising the traditional shop-front and window systems of the 1960’s, EFS has designed a range of commercial systems to suit todays’ requirements, standards, codes and architectural trends.

The C-30 system is designed to be used in hospitals, nursing homes and any other commercial application. These suites also cater nicely to those looking for a more robust, cleaner looking design option for upmarket commercial and hospital applications. The C-30 offers the added benefit of being capable of taking a 14.52mm glass when higher performance is required. These design inclusions translate to designers and fabricators being able to glaze thicker and therefore larger pieces of energy efficientglass than many of the other suites currently on offer to the market.

These jockey sash designs integrate with all the EFS commercial suites from the 101.6mm, 150mm through to the 200mm framing as well as our high performance curtainwall systems.
From a performance perspective, these features mean that designers need not compromise their designs in order to achieve performance requirements for thermal, acoustic, structural and water ratings.

Operable Sashes to be manufactured using EFS (Envirotech Facade Solutions) ‘AC35’ System
Windows and Doors to comply with the latest edition of AS 2047 including the performance requirements therein.
Frame & mullion strengths to comply with the certifying engineers computations.
Glass to be selected, glazed and installed to ensure compliance with AS1288
Glass performance to be determined by Section J of the BCA, WERS, or as specified
Hardware to be selected from high quality products available from reputable suppliers. Select stainless steel hardware dependant on project location.
